Extra Hour of Lost?

Let's get this straight: originally, there were supposed to be 16 episodes of Lost this season. Before the WGA strike, only 8 were completed. Because the strike ended in February, ABC asked the production company to produce 5 additional episodes to begin airing in late May, making Season 4 a total of 13 episodes.

However, the news just hit that ABC is considering asking for another hour of Lost this season, meaning we'd get 14 of the originally-planned 16. Does that mean we'll be watching the season finale in June? How will it affect this season's narrative arc? I actually kind of liked the fact that the season was snipped short a few hours...it meant we'd be subjected to less filler. Here's hoping that extra hour won't be wasted...

Aren't Elizabeth Mitchel and Jorge Garcia adorable? In two extremely different ways?
